Rosie is an energetic and natural organiser of people-and-places, with more than fifteen-years’ experience keeping workplaces running smoothly. She’s worn many hats across industries including sales, marketing, tech, and telecommunications—always with a focus on making work feel a little easier (and a lot more human).

Before joining GLMR, Rosie was an Employee Success Manager at an international tech company, where she looked after everything from office operations and WH&S to employee engagement, learning and development, and all the small details that make a big difference to daily working life.

Passionate about building vibrant, people-first cultures, Rosie loves connecting the big-picture goals of an organisation to the everyday experience of its people—stitching together workplaces where everyone feels supported and valued.

Armed with a Bachelor of Arts in History and English, a Certificate IV in Human Resource Management, and membership with AHRI (Australian Human Resource Institute), Rosie brings curiosity and care to everything she does.
