Sherlon is an experienced Intellectual Property professional with more than 20 years in the Australian IP industry, having worked with two leading Intellectual Property law firms. He has extensive expertise across a broad range of IP administrative functions, supporting the management and protection of trade marks, patents, and design portfolios.

Over the past 12 years, Sherlon has specialised predominantly in trade marks administration, developing a strong understanding of trade mark portfolio management, filing procedures, renewals, and ongoing maintenance requirements.

Currently, Sherlon manages the renewals department at GLMR, where he oversees renewal operations and ensures the timely maintenance of clients’ Intellectual Property rights. In addition to leading the renewals function, he also provides support across GLMR’s other patent and trade mark matters, drawing on his extensive industry knowledge and practical experience.

In his spare time, Sherlon is an avid mountain biker. Sherlon loves to snowboard in winter, travel, listen to music, and watch movies with his family.
