Meet Nathan
Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Chemistry from Monash University and a Master of Intellectual Property from the University of Technology Sydney. Throughout his career, he has helped clients, from start-ups to multinational corporations, protect and grow their brands through smart, commercially focused IP strategies.
Nathan’s practice covers the full spectrum of trade mark matters, including brand creation, clearance searches, filing and prosecution, oppositions, enforcement, and portfolio management. His industry experience is equally broad, spanning automotive, agriculture, building and construction, clothing, cosmetics, software, pharmaceuticals, and consumer products.
Beyond client work, Nathan has made significant contributions to the IP field. He authored LexisNexis Australia’s “IP Practical Guidance” for Australian and international trade marks and has been recognised as a leading professional by World Trademark Review’s WTR1000 in 2022, 2024, and 2025—a testament to his expertise and impact.
Nathan is an active member of IPTA, IPSANZ, APAA, and INTA, reflecting his strong engagement with the broader IP community.
